Usher‘s latest album ‘Looking 4 Myself’ may not have found much success on the charts, but that hasn’t stopped the Urban crooner from pressing on with his International promo push.
The most recent stop on the jaunt was the UK’s Graham Norton Show, where he rocked the stage with ‘Scream’.
Watch Mr. Raymond in action below…
Solid…enough.
Though, we can’t help but feel like Usher needs a new choreographer pronto. He’s clearly still physically able, but his “moves” just aren’t the business.

I used to be a fan, but at this point, all the smoke and mirrors in the world can’t distract me from the fact that as a dancer, he’s a shadow of his old self and that no matter how much he strained, he couldn’t even get close to that high note. He should have performed his new single btw.

Say what you like about USHER, but he knows how to silence an audience.

Usher appears to be moving in slow motion. His dance moves arent as precise as they were in the past. Its like someone else is in his body. and his singing was really bad. The flashlights in palms was not a stellar idea. This performance sucked overall. I think Usher has lost his verve for dancing and needs to rest his voice and that song needs to go indefinitely.

Vocally it wasn’t too good (but kudos to him for not lip syncing, but his moves are so damn precise. As a dancer I must give this dude his props because most dancers can’t be so damn precise like this. And it looks like he wasn’t even trying. SO Great overall!!

The dance for this song looks easy because he is promoting the game for Dance Central and that choreography is what is used in the game. He has to keep promoting that same dance to keep the game owners happy. That is the reason why he was in London in the first place.

I miss the old Usher so much. His dance moves were stiff, slow, and not precise. Don’t even get me started on the song and his vocal performance…..I still love him but what happened to “Confessions”, “My way”, and “8701″ Usher?

I don’t know if people just criticize to fit in and look different. I didn’t see anything wrog with the performance. He sounded like the record and danced effortlessly like the video game, so stop complaining and looking for what to criticize. Hell most of your favorite artist can’t even hold a note or sing live to save their lives.

I totally are with you . The tracks I have heard all good
to me expect Lemme see. I think Sam doesn’t like
that is why he is critizing him. Right now Brandy
and Usher have the best albums out so far.

You are right. People wanna fit in and follow the “in” crowd on these blogs. This was not Usher’s best vocally but in terms of dance skills it was miles better than what any dancer male or female of today could pull of. No one in the industry could come close to Usher’s precision and that’s coming from a dancer. Most of these people on these blogs have little to no talent and couldn’t pull off 1/4 of what Usher does.

I don’t care for the song and the direction Usher has taken with his music, but his styling and the stage routine for this performance fit very well into the genre. Just a sidenote: I enjoyed Usher most during the 8701 era.

I´m not saying it isn´t true but all these people on here complaining about Usher not being the same…. has it ever cross your mind people age? I don´t really know if he danced better before cos I didn´t follow his career too closely, but it would be just normal. Just what happens to many great vocalists voice for example. There´s a normal decline

Well he certainly has improved on the vocals part but Usher has lost his swag. You know someone is not interesting enough when you would rather watch Chris Brown perform.
Usher had an amazing run, really amazing but at this point he should concentrate on running his company which houses Justin Bieber than trying to salvage his career. Better to end on a high note Usher, NO RnB star will ever outsell Confessions, plus all your albums besides Looking for myself have all scratched platinum so I say retire gracefully and let the young artists like Jacob Latimore, Chris Brown have a shot at this, heaven knows they need it.

Chris could never replace Usher. Neither in dancing nor singing. Chris is a sloppy as fuck dancer. Just like Beyonce (although not as sloppy as Beyonce because he’s male). Love both of their energy but skill wise they are nowhere near the best.

When I watched this performance I was actually gobsmacked!!! I thought it was Amazing!!! Yes the vocals aint perfect but its imposible to sing and dance and not be out of breath!!! And the dancing was just enough. The dancing goes with the song, you don’t need a lot the lil things make more of an impact (a big dance routine would spoil the song) like the lil moves with the heavy breathing just made me get goose bumps! …I wasn’t a massive fan of Ushers before but I defo am now I think Scream is the best song of 2012. Its a Speacial Song AMAZING!!!
