After bouncin’ to the top of iTunes charts with her ‘Bouncin’ and ‘Pasadena’-led fifth studio ‘333’ last year, Tinashe has repackaged the LP for a deluxe edition.

Hitting digital shelves Friday (March 3), the revamped version features four new tracks – ‘Something Like a Heartbreak,’ ‘HMU For a Good Time,’ ‘Woke Up Blessed,’ and the previously released ‘Naturally.’

Having premiered and peaked at #175 on the Billboard 200 upon its August 2021 unveiling, a re-release of ‘333’ may be just what’s needed to push the critically acclaimed effort to higher heights on the chart.

On Super Bowl Sunday (February 13), Snoop Dogg – as part of a historic, Hip Hop-heavy halftime show also featuring Mary J. Blige, Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, and 50 Cent – served up a reminder that he has had a 30-year career of cooking up hits.

And while the aftermath of that appearance saw a number of each performer’s top tunes soar up real-time streaming and sales charts (as we reported here), Dogg (born Calvin Broadus Jr.) also had the unique honor of cooking up a win on another chart as his name is printed in the top tier of Amazon’s best-seller list.

Mary J. Blige followed her 2017 album, ‘Strength of a Woman,’ with the longest break between LPs of her career to date.

And though she filled the time with garnering critical acclaim and award nominations for her work in film and television, the Hip Hop Soul Queen never stopped promising new music – a pledge she made good on with the February 11 release of ‘Good Morning Gorgeous.’

Kicked off by the Dave East-assisted ‘Rent Money,’ the DJ Khaled-assisted ‘Amazing,’ and the song ‘Good Morning Gorgeous’ (which peaked at #2 on Billboard R&B charts), anticipation for the project was only outpaced by excitement for her involvement in the 2022 Super Bowl Halftime Show (February 13).

In conjunction with the Super Bowl spotlight, Mary hit the promo trail running in support of ‘Gorgeous’ via a number of high profile outings on Web and print including ‘The Breakfast Club,’ ‘On Air with Ryan Seacrest,’ ‘Ebro in the Morning’ (Hot 97), ‘The L.A. Times,’ and more.

Not even 48 hours after its unveiling, the Papi Yerr-produced bop flew to the top of real-time Apple Music, Spotify, and iTunes sales and streaming tallies – bids that, as the updated Hot 100 reveals, were key to ensuring its placement at #2 on this week’s chart.

Over 20 years into her career, Christina Aguilera is still managing to shake up headlines with new music.

Her latest project, the January 21-released Spanish-language EP ‘La Fuerza’ (which translates to ‘the force’ or ‘the strength’), went to chart battle on the strength of preceding singles “Pa’ Mis Muchachas” (featuring Becky G, Nicki Nicole, and Nathy Peluso), “Somos Nada,” and “Santo” (featuring Ozuna).

But while those tunes and a supportive international press run helped send the set to the top of global sales tallies (as we reported here), industry analysts predicted the ‘Fuerza’ Stateside figures wouldn’t mirror the fanfare it was receiving in international markets.

Look inside to see if they were right.

In celebration of her Ecuadorian roots, Pop diva Christina Aguilera unleashed “La Fuerza” – her first Spanish project in more than two decades.

Released January 21, the six-song effort also came as the first solo EP of her career and soared to chart battle on the wings of singles “Pa’ Mis Muchachas” (featuring Becky G, Nicki Nicole, and Nathy Peluso), “Somos Nada,” and “Santo” (featuring Ozuna).

When not fielding critical acclaim from some of the industry’s top tastemakers, the opus was garnering praise from the diva’s dedicated fans (affectionately called #Fighters) whose fight to get her atop global sales tallies proved victorious (as we reported here).

Halfway through the set’s initial sales tracking week, industry analysts have revealed if her supporters can expect to see that triumph reflected on the Stateside album chart: the Billboard 200.

Assisted by Lil Durk and Academy & GRAMMY Award-winning R&B diva H.E.R., the trio of hitmakers join forces on the Edgar Esteves-directed clip to trade verses about the challenges of rescuing a romance on the rocks.

“I just need love, I need someone to give me more perspective / You on your grind just hoping, call me when you get a second / Yeah, I don’t need no lectures, baby, I just need your presence,” H.E.R. croons on the Boi-1da-produced tune
