Staying true to her stance of promoting her project on a global scale, Kelly Rowland sat down with Access Hollywood recently to talk about her hotly anticipated new album ‘Here I Am’.

The singer, who is currently a judge on the X Factor UK, was joined by hitmaker Tricky Stewart during the segment, which saw their pair dish on the direction of the LP, planned features (Nicki Minaj, among others), and more.

While her Girls Aloud cohort Cheryl Cole reels after being sacked from the X Factor USA, Nicola Roberts gears up for her own assault on the charts.

The unlikely soloist is hoping to make a splash with her debut single ‘Beat of My Drum’. Produced by Diplo (Beyonce’s ‘Run The World’), the cut is the lead release from Roberts’ ‘Cinderella’s Eyes’ LP.

As earlier reported, Kelly Rowland assumed her position on the X Factor UK judging panel today.

Since her sensational arrival this morning, new shots of the ‘Motivation’ singer with her judging cohorts have emerged. Joining Rowland, 30, are Take That star Gary Barlow, N Dubz stunner Tulisa Contostavlos, and the show’s sole original panelist Louis Walsh.

The Destiny’s Child star, who was paid $1 million to join the hit show, is expected to divide her time between the UK and US as she promotes her ‘Here I Am’ LP.

The 30 year old is a hot commodity on all sides of the atlantic it seems; indeed she recently #1 on the US Billboard chart with ‘Motivation’, and is now judging on Britain’s biggest show (and was reportedly paid a whopping $1 Million to do so).
