Celine Dion sets sail on her ‘Courage Tour’ tonight and marks the occasion with the release of three new songs from her upcoming album of the same name.

The trio of tracks are the Sia penned ‘Lying Down’, ‘Imperfections,’ and the LP’s title track.

They arrive ahead of the project’s November 15th release and function as the latest taste of the legend’s first English-language album in six years.

Pink sprung a surprise on fans tonight with the premiere of the video for ‘Hurts 2B Human’ – the title track from her latest studio album.

A collaboration with label-mate Khalid, the visual sees the Pop pair highlight the hardship embedded in love and emphasize how much we depend on one another.

The clip arrives on the heels of the ‘Beautiful Trauma World Tour,’ which was recently named one of the highest grossing female tours of all-time.

The mixed reviews that greeted the announcement of a Whitney Houston hologram tour acted as no deterrent for the singer’s estate who, as a recent press release confirmed, are moving forward as planned with the digitized diva depiction (click here to read more on that).

Titled ‘An Evening With Whitney,’ the trek, armed with Houston’s greatest chart-topping hits, will attempt to recreate the magic of her live stage offerings by utilizing a live band and dancers (under the choreographic direction of the legendary Fatima).  Kicking off its international leg January 23rd with appearances to follow in England, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, and more before wrapping up in Minsk, Belarus on April 3rd, the BASE Hologram event – produced in partnership with the late Grammy winner’s estate – will take a summer break before hitting American soil in fall 2020.

As we reported here, Pop icon Mariah Carey was tapped to record the theme song for ABC’s ‘black-ish’ spinoff, ‘mixed-ish.’  Starring Mark Paul Gosselaar and Tika Sumpter, the series – set to hit screens September 24 – will unveil its pilot immediately after the new season premiere of its forerunner.

Speaking on the show’s opening tune, titled ‘In the Mix,’ Carey took to press to say:

“As a biracial woman in the entertainment industry, there was no way I did not want to be a part of mixed-ish, especially after seeing the pilot, which I loved.”

With little warning Beyonce took to social media Sunday (September 15) to deliver a gift to her beloved fan base (better known as the #Beyhive).  Packaged in the form of a behind the scenes ABC special (as we reported here), the diva offered viewers an inside look at the creation of her ‘Lion King’-inspired album, ‘The Gift.’  Zooming to #1 on Billboard Soundtrack and R&B Album charts respectively, the set – kicked off by the anthemic ‘Spirit’ – was lauded by critics for its inclusion of the who’s who of the Afrobeats scene, feminist concepts, and socially conscious lyrics decorated with unapologetic themes of pro-Blackness.

In an effort to show fans how all that magic came to be, the Grammy-winner unveiled ‘Beyonce Presents: Making the Gift.’  Airing Monday (September 16), the special may have given viewers little time to prepare but still managed to hold its own against the night’s many forms of ‘must see TV’ including sports, news, and scripted programming.

If sales and streaming charts are any indication, fans of Camila Cabello (better known as #Camilizers) have certainly fallen in love with content from ‘Romance’ – the Pop singer’s soon-to-come sophomore album.

As her sizzling Shawn Mendes duet, the chart-topping ‘Senorita,’ continues its run in the top 5 months after its release, she’s looking to see her newest solo efforts – ‘Liar’ and ‘Shameless’ – join it in the Hot 100’s upper rankings.  Both making their debuts on the tally this week, of the duo of tunes – which saw their respective music videos unveiled shortly after they were officially released – the more radio-friendly ‘Liar’ is seemingly taking the lead in the race to the top.

Rihanna showed up and out at the presentation of Savage x Fenty’s fall/winter collection during its New York Fashion Week show at the Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn last week.

Assembling a list of Hollywood heavy hitters to assist via performance, modeling, etc., the Grammy winner called on the likes of Normani, Laverne Cox, Halsey, Migos, DJ Khaled, Big Sean, Fat Joe, and more to lend their talents – and lend they did. As the event was filmed for Amazon Prime Video, now – as we originally reported here – the magic and madness of how it all came together has been packaged into a streaming special for the brand’s faithful fans.

Back in March R&B siren Keri Hilson sent fans into a frenzy when she rang the alarm with reports her new music would drop over the summer, ending a nearly decade-long absence from radio and charts.

As we reported here, the Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter took to Instagram to wield a lengthy statement discussing how industry politics, self-esteem, and other factors caused serial delay on the delivery of her highly anticipated third album (the follow-up to 2010’s ‘No Boys Allowed’).

Although she missed the once-reported deadline, Miss Keri Baby – as we prepare ourselves for the first week of fall – has taken to that very platform to announce the project’s completion is nearing.

Nene Leakes and Wendy Williams are back in each others’ good graces after years of estrangement. And today saw them celebrate mended fences with Leakes’ appearance on the talk show maven’s purple couch.

During their fun-filled sit-down, the ‘Real Housewives Of Atlanta’ star spilled on the show’s upcoming season, as well as sharing her take on Housewives past and present.

Yet, when quizzed on returning foe Kenya Moore she seemed to experience momentary memory loss, responding “who?” at the mention of the new mom’s name.

Currently in the midst of its freshman season, the streamer has announced that the show has been renewed for a second run.
